Meadville, PA: 1864. We could not find out much about the recipient of these letters, William B. H. Dickson. He came from Meadville and was apparently engaged in mercantile activity and owned some real estate, and a newspaper clipping accompanyiing the last letter mentioned here discusses the background and geneaology.....
