1916 RPPC of ore trains at Imperial PA

Looks like a RPPC to us, light soil, postmarked 1916 with a message on the back that is probably offering booze (this is Prohibition era) in coded language: "Bertha I wanted to tell you not to get anny of that you said you were out of we can give you that and it is so terrible high priced now too you can bring 3 pair of no. 8 1/2 when you come over and I guess that is all we kneed at present..." Train cars full of ore. Imperial is out Rt. 30 W on the way to Steubenville. Item #H8640
