Good- copies, navy leather spine and corners, grey cloth, gilt titles on spines, half leather. No dust jackets. Rubbing of leather, causing light chipping at corners and edges and spine. Head of spine of vol. 1 shows 1/2" chip, most severe of any tearing of leather of cloth. Cloth shows light, general fading and soil. Pages have faded slightly, but text and images have remained clean, bright and unmarked. Marbled endpapers appear to have been expertly attached at a later date. Good- / No Jacket. Item #0052619
