Hardcover 4tos., uniformly bound in later 1/2 leather with marbled boards, raised bands, gilt titles, teg. Very Good overall. Spines sunned; flecking to leather spine; shallow loss and wear to the crowns of the spine; boards worn at corners. Binding are strong and intact. Pages age-toned; unmarked contents; small puncture to the first 10 pages of the second volume. Cresson is best known for his introductions to the University of France Press' philosophers series.
