A collaboration between the two premier Canadian underground publishers of the time, BP Nichol's Gronk Press in Toronto and Bissett's Blewointmentpress in Vancouver. Very Good. Some splitting tot he tape, but binding is sound; clean contents. Large abrasion on the front wrap, likely from the removal of an original title label; orange 'Rush' sticker mostly present. Jay Millar, the heir to Nichol and Bissett's throne, reprinted this as part of his BookThug imprint in 2012. Scarce on the market; approx. 40 copies on OCLC.
