The Colby Club, with Supplementary Note

(New Haven?): Published by the author, 1932. First edition. Paperback. Inscribed by the author, Henry Walcott Farnam, on the front blank page to Mrs. Edward H. Jenkins. 1932, softcover. 28 pp., printed on rectos only. Illustrated with 3 original photographs, including a mounted frontis piece. The other two photos are on a single sheet of glossy stock -- this page is loosely inserted, not bound, but is certainly part of the original production of this book and is noted in the OCLC entry. Very Good. Discoloration on the front blank (affects the inscription, but not tragic); old newspaper clipping about Farnam tipped-in to verso of the title page, causing light offsetting to the two adjacent pages; former owner's notes on the blank of the laid-in photo, detailing the position of T. G. Bennet, E. H. Jenkins, and the President of Yale, Arthur Twining Hadley. Edward H. Jenkins graduated from Yale in 1872. Sound binding. Farnam was an economics professor at Yale. A rare title. OCLC locates only 1 copy, at Yale. Very Good. Item #0085684
