Book has edgewear, rubbing and soil to boards and spine, corners worn, binding tight, foxing to endpapers, text clean and unmarked but toned throughout, dulled gilt to top edge of block. From the collection of Dwight Miller, a professor of art at Stanford University, specializing in Italian painting of the 17th and 18th centuries, with a particular emphasis on Marcantonio Franceschini, founder of the Bolognese Academy.
