Book has rubbing and soil to boards, spine faintly sun toned and has a split to each joint, wear to spine ends and corners, binding tight, previous owner's signature to front flyleaf, faint foxing to front endpapers, one page has small tear to foredge, otherwise text clean and unmarked with gilt to edges of text block.
