1612 quitclaim deed for transfer of land in Graythwaite, UK, from Robert Rawlinson to a relative

On parchment on old English chancery hand, measures 17.25 x 9 inches (44 x 23 cm), folds, a handful of small holds, otherwise very good and readable (with some effort). Dating from 1612, the time of James I, it appears to be a deed transferring a "close" called "Cone Close" from Robert Rawlinson of Graythwaite (or Graithwaite), UK, to another Rawlinson. The Rawlinsons were an important family in the area through the 19th century. Good. Item #H10155
