Binder of bylaws and minutes for National Tool Service, Inc. 1924-1927

Hardcover. The company was founded in 1924 by Carl Gimpel, W. T. Davis and Robert Wild. Approximately 40 sheets, the minutes typewritten and signed by the secretary, and each meeting's minutes take up only a few lines of reportage (meetings were short and no new business was hardly ever brought up). Housed in old black binder, a little dusty and worn. Good. Item #H10335
