10 fine original vintage prints showing downtown Pittsburgh on unusually smogless days. These were taken by Al Hilger, a self-taught sign painter born in Beaver in 1902, who lived in the Pittsburgh area and who did sign painting for downtown theaters, Joseph Horne's, and other businesses. He was also an amateur painter and an avid photographer, who obviously had a good eye. Very Good. Item #H12664
