1849 printed Brief of Title to Three Certain Lots of Ground [in the district of Southwark & also Moyamensing] belonging to Charles Henry Fisher

Philadelphia: John C. Clark, 1849. Paperback. Recent plain dark blue wraps, original lighter blue rear wrap still present. 21 pp. plus a few blanks at end. The lots in question were probably in the South Philadelphia neighborhood of Passyunk or just south, say around E. Passyunk Ave. & Morris. OCLC locates a mere handful of similar Briefs of Title, but not this one. It would be hard to imagine more than a handful were printed. Good. Item #H14735
