With political, literary and historical essays, with 21 pamphlets each with a separate title page, including Constant, "On the Dissolution of the Chamber of Deputies," plus works on prison reform and criminal jurisprudence, exclusion of the queen from the liturgy, on Alexander Pope, letters to Lord Byron, Cornaro on methods of attaining a long life, considerations of the corn question, etc. The journal typically had ten to twelve "pamphlets" per number and was published from 1813 to 1828.
