Includes "North American pamphlet on South American Affairs," Uwins on modern maladies, Cooke on repealing the usury laws, Baron de Vastey's "Political Remarks on some French Works and Newspapers Concerning Hayti," Sir John Sinclair's papers on political subjects, etc. Good.
