Folio, original cloth, old cloth reinforcement to spine and corners, supplied endpapers, 159 pp, complete, maps and plates in good to very good condition, some tanning and occasional light edgewear and some splitting along folds, chipping to edges of about a dozen maps/plates. Maps, some double page, and many of the lithograph plates of homesteads, farms, residences, buildings, businesses and other landmarks, are tinted in colors, one of the best of the western PA atlases of the period, includes 2 double page color views, 17 single page color plates, 13 additional views that are partly in color, 1 double page b/w view and 10 single page b/w views. Also laid in is 29 x 45 inch map of Warren & Additions in color (good with some old waterstains to margins, center horizontal fold has been neatly mended where there was separation) that is likely contemporary with the atlas.
