Housed in a folder measuring 6.5 x 4 inches, poster folds out to 17.25 x 15.75 inches, showing young man demonstrating some exercises to do to "start the day right." Light wear and discoloration to wraps and a couple short repaired tears to poster. Very uncommon: we could locate no other copies in institutions or for sale anywhere. Very Good. Item #H20387
