Colored frontispiece by George Cruikshank, text very good. old catalogue clipping affixed to flyleaf. Angelo was a fencing master as well as theatrical impresario, sometime actor, and apparently good company; he was friendly with Rowlandson, Cruikshank, Charles James Fox and many others.
