Reprints Abbas's stirring Manifesto of the Algerian People that he first published in 1943, with additional commentary and notes from the conference, as well as resolutions passed. RARE, with OCLC recording a few copies of the French language edition of this pamphlet, but NONE of the Arabic edition. Setif was a telling place to have the conference as it was the scene of a bloody massacre in 1945 at which Abbas was arrested. Very Good. Item #H23644
