Hardcover. 13.5 x 11.75 inches, half cloth and pictorial boards, portfolio with string tie, housing two leaves (title page and explanatory note page) and plates numbered I-XIX (although the title alludes to 37 drawings, copies are COMPLETE when they have 19 plates: all copies in Worldcat citations have 19 plates). Good to very good, boards of portfolio show darkening, wear, some waterstains, cloth shows rubbing and small abrasions, plates inside very good, some tanning, light wear and soil to title page, ownership signature of interior designer of the 1950s-70s Barbara Dorn inside cover. Well represented in libraries, but rare on the market. Comes in special manilla phase box. Good. Item #H25050
