Good with some wear and light loss, general rubbing, small stains, to covers, contents good with light general toning, minor corner wear to a few pages. 140 pp, ads. Very rare, no copies located in any institutions according to OCLC/Worldcat, not in Bitting or any other bibliography we consulted. General cook book with standard American recipes, with much on deserts including ices and ice creams, one page on wines (very basic instructions), a small section of "Reciopes from the Wives of a Number of our Prominent Governors" (from Mrs. Asa Bushnell of Ohio, Mrs. W. A. Richards of Wisconsin, Mrs. Laura R. McLaurin from Mississippi, etc.) and much else. A real find! Good. Item #H25108
