A senior thesis submitted when the author (1922-2005) was 21. There are no copies located by OCLC, possibly a unique copy. Hutton was connected to the Vanderbilt family and was wealth-adjacent, a resident of East Hampton and clearly as interested in sailing as some of the Vanderbilt clan; the house he lived in was called Peep O'Day.
