1922 map of the tomb memorializing the war dead in Anzo, Japan

(Japan): 1922. Map measures 20.75 x 15.25 inches, printed in red and black, good to very good light edgewear, tanning, creasing, housed in homemade gray folder with cord binding, hand lettered in Chinese as "Map of the Tomb of the War Dead" for "Anzo Town." We assume the tomb or shrine is located in Anzo but don't have confirmation of this. One of the border captions is Taisho Ten Years, which we take to mean 1922. And that's all we know, except that this seems to be an exceptionally rare map. Good. Item #H28627
