With the stamp of the Law Library of the United States Steel Corporation of Delaware on pastedown. 163 pp. Uncommon. US Steel was accused of violating the Sherman anti-trust act by restraint of trade, price fixing and other monopolistic practices. Judge Woolley found against US Steel, concluding that though he did not consider US Steel to be a monopoly, nevertheless they engaged in illegal acts of price fixing and illegal restraint of competition and found against them. The case was appealed and reached the Supreme Court in 1919. Very good. Item #H29139
