Mexico City: Lito Leosa, Ca. 1946. Hardcover. 11 x 8 inches, cloth backed boards using a map of the Philippines and Indonesia for the paper covering the boards, endpapers also using old map sheets. With 32 pp. of text on WWII followed by 13 large folding color maps of various theaters of war, all maps that were issued earlier as supplements to the Mexican periodical Sucesos Para Todos. The text, too, seems to be a part of a larger history of the war since it begins "La Guerra en Finlandia y su Repercusion." A hastily made book from spare parts, with not even a proper title page, it would seem, and very rare: OCLC cannot locate any holdings of this. Very good, spine faded, text pages tanning, maps in very nice condition. Very unusual Mexican imprint on WWII. Very good. Item #H29182
