Frazer, a prominent Pittsburgh attorney. After the text of the book are about 75 blank pages for notes; about 26 of these pages are filled with notes and draft of a statement regarding an Ohio dispute of 1827-1829, Claypoole vs. Rathbone & Osborn, regarding the dissolution of a partnership that ran the Ohio State Lottery back then. Henry Chess, the owner of this book (b. 1770 -- seemed to practice in both Ohio and Western Pennsylvania) was likely one of the attorneys involved in this case. 393 pp, plus appendices, index and errata.
