Quarto (27.5 cm), retaining original calf boards with gilt borders and floral decorations at corners, more recent spine with gilt compartments, marbled boards, (iv) 106, 39 engraved plates, most double page, including large folding map, many of the maps with original hand coloring in outline.Text a bit foxed, but plates remarkably free of foxing, all plates in very good or better condition. Some darkening and discoloration to boards, but altogether a very handsome copy with some truly finely engraved views and maps. Very Good. Item #H3261
