This appears to be the first code for West Virginia, which became a state only three years before; there were acts of the legislature published during the previous three years but no one book codifying WV laws and regulations. OCLC locates 3 holdings, of which 2 only contain later years' codes, and unclear what holdings the third, WVU, has. Fair. Item #H33841
