No. 3 of 20 copies, signed by Sewalk. 10.5 x 10.25 inches, cloth binding with leather title label on front cover, handmade thick cottony paper with hand water-colored intaglio etchings and illustrations, with smaller sheets of various kinds of Japanese and Chinese rice paper giving translations of the haiku in Chinese & Japanese. A lovely production in nearly fine condition, boards just a tad bowed, in plain white cardboard clamshell box with limitation number written on one side. Sewalk / Blake was an excellent poet and printer from Johnstown who unfortunately died at the age of 71 in October 2023 from injuries sustained in a fall. Translations into Chinese and Japanese by Guicang Li and Mineo Moritani. Martha Murphy, the illustrator, is a fine artist with roots in western Pennsylvania. For some years she had a gallery and studio in Ligonier, PA. Near fine. Item #H34329
