An "Objectivists" Anthology

Dijon, France: TO Publishers, 1932. First Printing. Wraps. 9 x 5.5 inches, original publisher's tan wraps, good with darkening and light soil to covers, spine darkened and with some repaired splits, upper 1.5 inches of spine paper has been neatly replaced; rear wrap with some shallow loss along lower edge and bands of darkening to margins of wraps, contents tanning but very good and clean. This copy also has a one-sheet typed mimeo'd errata sheet that is quite rare in itself. Important anthology, with work by Basil Bunting, Mary Butts, Robert McAlmon, George Oppen, Ezra Pound, Carl Rakosi, Kenneth Rexroth, Charles Reznikoff, William Carlos Williams, TS Eliot, Francis Fletcher, and Rene Taupin, not to mention Zukofsky himself. Rare in the trade and has not been at auction in many decades. As of this listing there are two copies for sale online starting at $2500 (in better condition than ours, but no mention of errata sheet). Good. Item #H36039
