Uncle Remus, His Songs and Sayings (1899) with mounted presentation sheet signed
New York: D. Appleton and Company, 1899. Hardcover. 8vo, pictorial red cloth gilt, good copy with some mottling the discoloration to front cover and spine. Some effort was made to touch up the mottling and there seems to be a light, thin varnish to spine and front cover, not unattractive. With note on author's blue stationary with red Brer Rabbit logo, and short note dated Atlanta, August 18, 1901, sending his autograph to a Miss Hillier. Text very good. A decent copy. Good.
