Auerbach was a motion picture writer and producer, member of local union 659 L.A.T.S.E & M.P.M.O. The book is as much a memoir of working conditions and life in the motion picture industry as it is a pro union screed. 228 pp. For whatever reason, there is no citation for him in IMDB.
