Book is very good with some brown tape marks to endpapers, jacket is fair, mainly complete (chip out of front panel), with some tears and extensive taping to its verso and flaps. Inscribed copies are RARE on the market. Filoni, the recipient, was a major Pittsburgh architect, responsible not only for original buildings, but for the renovation and restoration of several iconic downtown buildings including Heinz Hall and the Benedum Center. His obituary notes that he 'changed the face of Pittsburgh.' A nice association copy! Very Good / fair. Item #H634
