15 inches tall, large sheet folded once to make 4 pp, two of which are written on; Terence Campbell a merchant agrees for the sum of 350 Pounds to buy the property and land on Main St. in Greensburg. Good condition with repaired separation at a horizontal fold, some other shorter separations neatly repaired with document archival tape. Good. Item #H6699
