VCR in two-part box (tray and lid), with folded sheet of paper describing the contents plus a small laminated photo of a solar eclipse laminated by GenKen Montgomery, the Minister of Lamination with an embossed circular stamp from the Ministry as well as an ink stamp on verso of photo. The VCR, 45 minutes in length, consists entirely of footage from Webcams from all over the internet including night scenes at African waterholes, traffic, ocean waves, private spaces, pets, rain, airport scenes, Loch Ness, fog, sleeping penguins, etc. As such, it is one of the earliest published versions of web footage.
