Young, Centennial, WV" on flyleaf and some of his/her schoolwork loosely laid in, appears to be from 1880: includes a 2 pp. essay on "The Union," several sheets of calculations, notes on civics and world social studies, ledger entries, sample business letter, etc. Lots of nice color maps in the geography book too!
