A typed letter signed by editor Andreas Kamlah and addressed to Grunbaum has been paper-clipped into vol. 2 by Grunbaum. Seven (of nine published) volumes, vols.1-7. Published between 1977 and 1999. Vols. 1-5 are hardcovers and vols. 6 & 7 are hardcovers with dust jackets, generally Near Fine copies in Near Fine dust jackets, light age-toning to the outer pages and the page-edges, a bit of bumping to the tips of some of the covers, minor edgewear to the dust jackets.
