Hardbound with wraps bound in, 161 pp., a couple of old pictures mounted at rear with descriptions pasted in (one is of the "Home of Albert A. Cowen and Family", one is of a barn built by Cowen), also a picture mounted on page 131, Good copy, discoloration to some pages, soil and discoloration to the covers, minor rubbing and wear to the the covers, a bit of pencil writing on a couple pages, wear to some pages of the text, some typed pages bound in, a one page relevant item laid in. Appears to be signed and inscribed in pencil by a Mr. Cowen on the verso of the first blank (perhaps the pencil-notes are also by him). Rare. Good. Item #s000635
