Wm B McClure" and with McClure's name-sticker on the titlepage. McClure was the first judge elected in Allegheny County. In 1859, Mellon, founder of the banking dynasty, was elected judge and for the next ten years shared duties and adjoining offices with McClure. Good. Item #s0009012
