Lovely large monochrome photographs of different shades printed on rectos, with advertisments for nearby merchants and services on the versos. A good+ copy only with water damage to lower edge of the front cover, extending through the better part of the book, but mostly just as a small spot toward the lower edge, not affecting photographs. Contents otherwise clean and unmarked. Rare. Brehmer recorded much of Rutland Valley through photographs, including the county fair, which are now housed at the Rutland Historical Society. Good.
