Cloth moderately worn and lightly stained, contemporary children's pencil graffiti in endpapers, mild foxing throughout. A good copy. Issued as the second part of 'Peter Parley's Little Library.' An children's adaptation of an important Indian captivity narrative, chronicling English armorer John R. Jewitt's capture and enslavement by the native Canadian Nootka people of the Pacific Northwest from 1803 to his rescue in 1805. Good. Item #z07206
